2008 AHSG Spelling Bee Results

Arundel Homeschool's Spelling Bee was a success again this year. The top 3 finishers were Megan Ring, Becky Powell and Robin Powell. There was an exiting spell off when twin sisters, Becky and Robin, tied for second place! Thank you again to our wonderful proctor Mrs. Marsha MacLeod.

Megan went on to represent AHSG at the Anne Arundel County spelling bee sponsored by the Capital Newspapers. We are very pleased to announce that she won that bee and will be advancing to the National Spelling Bee in Washington, DC May 26 - 31, 2008.

Congratulations to Megan, Becky and Robin!
